Applying Quality Improvement Skills – Systematic Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement, Data Structuring and Data Analysis

The aim of this training programme is to introduce and apply the key elements of Systematic Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement, Data Structuring and Data Analysis which pertain in Manufacturing.

It is therefore particularly relevant to all Team Leaders, Team Members and Quality Control Inspectors involved in any aspect of manufacturing who may have little formal training in the application of Problem Solving Techniques, Data Structuring, Data Analysis and Process Improvement Initiatives.

This programme is particularly useful as an introduction to Third Level Quality Assurance Programmes and Six Sigma Initiatives.
